Today, South Africa’s obesity rates are higher than ever, causing an influx of NCDs that affect the most vulnerable individuals in our country. In collaboration with the Healthy Living Alliance and Vital Strategies (NYC), a mass media and social media campaign was  developed to create awareness around the implementation of the sugar tax as well as the future roll-out of the FOPL (Front of Package Labelling) system.
